Our junk removal pricing is primarily based on volume. In other words, how much space your items takes up in our truck. 

​

We have 13 different price levels with the minimum starting at $150. These rates include labor for standard sized items on the main floor, as well as fuel and disposal costs. The higher the level, the better the value. A minimum will get you about a standard-sized refrigerator's worth of volume. A full truck holds roughly 14 normal-sized fridges. We use a 14 foot box truck that can hold roughly 24 cubic yards of junk. Our average competitor's truck holds only 18 cubic yards. That means our truck is 33% larger than our top competitors' trucks!

We provide FREE picture quotes and confirm them on-site, so you know exactly what you're paying. Unlike other companies, the price we tell you will be the price you pay and no more!

Labor

 

*The labor to load standard items from the main floor is already included in the junk removal pricing. Extra labor is charged for stairs or elevators, travel distance to the truck, disassembly/demolition, and the bagging or consolidation of small items.*

 

Need items moved within your house? Our labor rate for the two of us is $200 an hour with a 1.5 hour minimum. If you are also using our junk removal services, we prorate the time in 15 minute increments.
